You can always hope. The only reason I can do that is if I keep on playing well for Burnley. So if I keep on doing the right things for Burnley you never know.

Have you ever scored a goal?

Yes I have but that was as an outfield player. Actually I have scored twice in penalty shoot outs as a goalkeeper. But as a player when I was younger, yeah I scored loads of goals.

Who is your favorite ever footballer?

Probably the best footballer I’d say was Maradona, but the best goalkeeper was Peter Schmeichel by a mile.

I’ve had a few. When I was a kid I there were a couple of coaches I really enjoyed playing for, they really started my career. My favorite manager would probably be the one I’ve had least problems with though, which is Owen Coyle.

What has been your favorite save of the season?
Harvey Macadam, age 7
Probably the two against Reading, the double save. Because that set the tone and I felt like I couldn’t be beaten at the time.
